A cleaning service is provided for the apartment. However, please ensure that you return the duvets, pillows, and bedspreads exactly as you found them upon arrival. Please also dispose of your rubbish in the rubbish room (located on level -1 of the building).

We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10am to allow our service provider time to carry out the inventory after your departure and the cleaning.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
We will require a security deposit of €300 (by check or bank transfer). This will be returned to you after the move-out inspection.
The rent includes electricity costs for normal and reasonable consumption, corresponding to a maximum thermostat setting of 19 or even 20°C. If the electricity consumption recorded on the meter significantly exceeds the expected level for this type of accommodation and usage, you will be billed for the excess based on our supplier's current rate.
